MacRAE’S acquires Scott’s Directories, expands industry-leading B2B marketing and information services
Toronto, ON—March 30, 2017— MacRAE’S announced that it has acquired Scott’s Directories, Canada’s leading provider of B2B directories and industrial business data and lead generation services, from Annex-Newcom LP. The purchase further positions MacRAE’S as a full-service B2B marketing solutions provider and fits into their strategy of creating a one-stop solution to North American businesses for premium inbound and outbound marketing services.
