Google’s three-tier store widget program for retailers

Google has expanded its store widget offering into a three-tier program to help e-commerce sites boost credibility and trust. The tiers are Top Quality Store widget, Store Rating widget, and a generic store widget for merchants still building reviews. These widgets display ratings, reviews, and store policies such as shipping and returns, depending on merchant status in the Merchant Center. Google reports that merchants using the widget saw up to 8% higher sales over 90 days compared to similar stores not using it, showcasing its impact on consumer trust.
