The issue, acknowledged by Google in the Business Profiles Forum, does not remove reviews but misrepresents their count due to a display issue. Google is actively working to restore accurate review counts, reassuring business owners that no action is required on their part. Some businesses have already reported partial recovery of their missing review counts.
