Snaile Lockers is a leader in providing fully integrated, smart parcel locker systems for retail outlets, office buildings, commercial industry, school campuses, pharmacies, and multi-residential properties in Canada.
The Challenges
MacRAE’S started working with Snaile Lockers in July 2019, with an aim to improve their SEO and paid exposure and generate more organic and paid leads from the major Canadian cities. Additionally, they wanted to migrate their website from old platform to new platform with some additional improvements. The goal defined for paid was to get more conversions and the focus was to increase the conversions while controlling the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
The Solutions
- First, MacRAE’S migrated Snaile Lockers website to the new Content Management System and made structural changes so the website would be user-friendly and interactive
- They then fully optimized the site and added new content
- Though the concept of smart parcel lockers was new to the market, we did deep competitive research and implemented best practices on the website
